Introduction
A little bit about myself.
I have worked as an in-person tutor since 2020 as well as both a peer tutor and student mentor since 2022. I have a very energetic, fun, and pleasing attitude which helps keep my students engaged and motivated with the material. I am a tutor who is not only caring and compassionate but also professional and organized. I take the time to meaningfully connect with my students and identify their individual learning styles to present information in a way that has the greatest effect. I always check for understanding as they go and constantly build confidence so that they feel like their abilities are improving. I do my best to help students feel recognized and validated, thus, helping them to succeed in their academic goals.
