The subjects that I can teach!
Introduction
A little bit about myself.
Hi, my name is Janice and I’m a 24-year-old Medicine student at UNSW, currently completing my degree with First Class Honours. I’m an experienced and passionate tutor with a strong background in teaching Biology, Chemistry, and Mathematics across various Australian curricula, including HSC, VCE, IB, and QCE. I also specialise in medical school entry preparation, particularly for the UCAT and MMI, helping students gain confidence and clarity throughout the process. My teaching philosophy centres around creating personalised, engaging sessions tailored to each student’s learning style and goals. I focus on building strong foundational understanding, critical thinking, and exam technique. Beyond content mastery, I aim to mentor and motivate students to reach their full academic potential in a supportive and enjoyable environment.
Hobbies
A bit more about me and what I do in my spare time!
In my free time, I love spending quality time with family and friends, whether it’s catching up over a meal or exploring new places together. I enjoy trying new food and going on scenic walks to unwind. I also have a special passion for food reviewing, especially when it comes to desserts. I’m always on the hunt for the best sweet treats in town! For me, food is not just about taste, but the experience and stories shared around it.
