Introduction
A little bit about myself.
Hello! My name is Rhea Emerson, and I am currently pursuing a Master of Teaching in Secondary Education. I’m passionate about helping students build confidence and develop a deeper understanding of their subjects. I specialize in teaching VCE Economics and Business Management for Years 11–12, as well as English and Mathematics for Years 7–12. My approach is patient, supportive, and tailored to each student’s individual learning needs. I believe in creating a positive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow.
Hobbies
A bit more about me and what I do in my spare time!
In my spare time, I love learning new languages and am currently studying Japanese, Korean, and Malayalam. I have a strong interest in creative activities—whether it’s reading, painting, pottery, or playing music. I play both the piano and guitar, and I enjoy exploring different ways to express creativity and stay mentally engaged. I find that these hobbies not only bring me joy but also help me connect with students in meaningful and relatable ways, especially when encouraging them to explore their own passions and talents.
