Introduction
A little bit about myself.
Hi, my name is Ritika and I study Information Systems at UTS! I am confident that I am a great tutor because I believe it is important to ensure that my students have a positive and engaging environment to learn in. To do this, I actively ask the students questions regarding the study materials in a kind and somewhat casual manner so that they feel relaxed and interested to learn. When I taught at Pre Uni, I brought stickers from my own home and rewarded it to my students when they did well and it helped in keeping them interested. I care about my students so if I notice dips in homework completion then I will ask if they are okay or struggling with anything instead of scolding them immediately. If I see that they are continually struggling then I will inform the parents respectfully.

My three biggest hobbies are painting, exercising and reading.
