Hi! My name is Sarah and I am a 2024 NSW graduate from Marsden High School, currently studying Pharmacy at the University of Sydney. I have a strong passion for learning and helping others, and I enjoy tutoring English, Science, and PDHPE to year 7-12 students. Back at high school, I studied four science subjects for the HSC, had my Science Extension major work published in the NSW Department of Education’s journal, made it to the HSC honour roll for 2024 and was the recipient of the 2024 Australian Defence Force Future Innovators Award. Hence, I am well-equipped with both subject knowledge and BAND 6 study strategies to support students in their learning. My goal is to make tutoring as enjoyable as possible whilst also tailoring to each student's needs. Whether it’s reinforcing scientific concepts, improving essay-writing skills, or providing general advice on managing schoolwork, I aim to support students in building confidence and reaching their goals. My approach is student focused and adaptable, as having been through tutoring myself, I understand the challenges students face and the strategies that make a real difference.
