Are your tutors qualified?

Yes, all of our tutors are qualified and have been through a rigorous selection process, with excellent grades and above all, an ability to teach and communicate effectively. They also all hold valid Working With Children Checks.

How do you assess my child's readiness for tutoring at the kindergarten level?

This helps us understand your child’s current developmental stage across key areas such as early literacy, numeracy, fine motor skills, and attention span. The goal is to create a personalised learning plan that meets your child where they are—ensuring that our kindergarten tutoring is supportive, age-appropriate, and effective right from the start.

What specific skills or developmental milestones will my child achieve during kindergarten tutoring?

Our kindergarten tutoring programs focus on building foundational skills in a fun and structured way. Children typically develop phonemic awareness, early reading strategies, letter and number recognition, counting, pattern recognition, and fine motor control for writing. We also support social-emotional development by encouraging focus, listening skills, and positive learning habits—all of which are critical for a confident start in Year 1 and beyond.

Do you provide progress reports for my child’s development during tutoring sessions?

Yes! We provide regular progress updates for parents, detailing your child’s development across the core kindergarten learning areas. These reports highlight strengths, note areas for improvement, and outline next steps in your child’s personalised tutoring plan. Our goal is to ensure you’re always informed and involved in your child’s early learning journey. We also provide lesson reports after every lesson.

Can my child attend sessions in-person, online, or both?

To provide flexibility for families across Sydney, Melbourne, and throughout Australia, we offer both online kindergarten tutoring and limited in-person sessions (subject to location). Many parents choose our online platform for its convenience and interactive features, but we’re happy to discuss the best learning environment for your child’s needs.

Are there any additional resources or materials (e.g., workbooks or apps) that my child will use outside of the tutoring sessions?

Yes! We complement our tutoring sessions with age-appropriate learning resources, including kindergarten workbooks, printable activities, and recommended learning apps that support phonics, numbers, and early literacy. These tools reinforce what your child is learning and provide fun, engaging ways to practice skills at home between sessions.
