I graduated from Wesley College after completing the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program. I achieved perfect scores in both Chemistry (standard level) and Spanish Ab Initio and a near perfect score in English Language and Literature (higher level), Economics (higher level) and Mathematics (standard level). I am now currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce at The University of Melbourne. My teaching philosophy revolves around preparation. I highly prioritize understanding the students' broader syllabus which allows me to draw connections between different topics that they study throughout the year during the lessons, thereby, making the content feel more relevant, engaging, and most importantly, memorable for the student. Additionally, I place emphasis on ensuring that the students understand the core concepts underlying the content so that once they learn the new skills/information, they are then able to apply it in different contexts which is required to answer the more difficult exam questions. Overall, I am a friendly and approachable tutor who makes sure that my students feel comfortable asking questions. I also make sure to provide a safe environment for them to make as many mistakes as they need until they grasp the concepts and improve.

Whenever I can find a break, I love to play tennis and basketball as an outlet from my studies and work. Additionally, I find joy in travelling and seeing the world whenever I get the chance.
