Hi there! My name is Ranjith. I am a Master of Biotechnology graduate currently working in R&D. I have over 7 years' tutoring experience with Secondary and VCE students. My tutoring style is student-oriented; I adapt to the student's strengths and weaknesses to better navigate the lessons and instill knowledge into the students. I advocate for understanding over memorising as one stays with you through life and the other disappears after an upcoming test/ examination! That said, I do not force my principles and learning methodologies onto students, I welcome students to showcase their capacities and what works/ does not work for them.
